Today we hoʻolauleʻa (that is Hawaiian for celebrate) Ku’unahenani Koiwa Tachera who graduated from Kanu o ka 'Āina Charter School on May 31, 2019. Ku’unahenani is a honor student and prize winning rodeo competitor. Her future plans are to attend the University of Hawai’i at Hilo where she will major in Political Science and Hawaiian Studies. Congratulations!
Ku’unahenani is the daughter of Wayne Tachera; Granddaughter of Gary Wayne Tachera; G/Granddaughter of Willie “Cracker” Alford; and G/G/Granddaughter of Lafayette Alford.
