Mourning the Loss of Trent Alexis Alford


It is with great sadness that we share news of the unexpected loss of Trent Alexis Alford of Ann Arbor, MI. His heavenly transition was made on July 2, 2020, he was 57 years old.

Trent was military veteran who served in the United States Army. After his years of service, he worked as a medical records clerk at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI and as a skilled handyman. A true sports fan, Trent spent countless hours supporting his favorite teams, the Detroit Lions, Pistons and Tigers. His greatest joy however, was the love he had for his family.

He was preceded in death by his father George Alford and son Stefon Miller. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Lorraine Hudson; four sisters' including his twin Tracey McDonald (Barry), April Alford-Baker, Darlene Taylor (Alfred) and Denese Meadows; brother Keith Hudson; grandson Isaiah Miller; and a host of family and friends. Please keep the family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Trent Alford is the son of George Alford & Lorraine Hudson; Grandson of Major “Datey” Alford; and G/Grandson of Matthew Solomon Alford.
