​Dear Alford Family,

We are writing to share an important update regarding the 2026 Alford Family Reunion. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2026 reunion. The Alford Family Reunion has been rescheduled for July 8–11, 2027, with the location to be announced at a later date.

This decision was not made lightly. A combination of unforeseen challenges, including disruptions to venue availability in Dallas, a late effort to relocate the reunion to Tulsa, and the recent resignation of the reunion host, made it necessary for us to step back and reset in order to plan the meaningful and well organized gathering our family deserves.

We understand that this change may bring disappointment or surprise, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. As always, the Alford family moves forward together. We remain confident in the strength, resilience, and unity that have defined us across generations. We look forward to carrying that same spirit forward as we prepare to come together again in 2027.

All deposits and registration fees will be refunded.

We are truly looking forward to seeing each of you in July 2027, and the exciting details will be shared as plans are finalized.
