Please join us in congratulating Jordan Louise Alford, who was initiated on December 7, 2025, into the Rho Delta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in Palo Alto, California.

Jordan is a distinguished scholar and leader. She is a dual-degree graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish. She also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Jordan currently serves as a Senior Decarbonization Engineer at Carbon Direct, where she is making impactful contributions to sustainability and environmental innovation.
