Mourning Linda Faye Andrews-Weldon

The Alford family shares the heartbreaking news of the passing of a treasured loved one. Linda Faye Andrews-Weldon was born on April 16, 1954, in Bakersfield, California. She peacefully transitioned on December 16, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.

On June 21, 1975, Linda united in marriage with William Erwin Weldon in Los Angeles, California. Their marriage of 50 years was a testament to enduring love, commitment, and partnership. From this union, two sons were born: Andre J. Weldon and Averi Weldon (Jessica). Linda found her greatest joy in her role as a grandmother, cherishing every precious moment spent with her seven beloved grandchildren.

Affectionately known as “Babylove,” Linda was the embodiment of love, strength, and selflessness. She devoted her life to her family, always placing the needs of others before her own. Her warmth, faith, wisdom, and unwavering support left an indelible mark on all who were blessed to know her. Linda had a rare gift for making people feel safe, seen, and deeply loved.

Linda resided in Adelanto, California, and was a proud graduate of Foothill High School in Bakersfield, California, Class of 1972.
