Mourning Pamela White

Pamela White

August 8, 1988 - April 3, 2024

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of the radiant soul, Pamela "Niecy" White, whose luminous presence graced our lives from August 8, 1988. Born in Wichita, Kansas, to the embrace of her parents, Lakeatha Alford-Love and Leonard White (Tina). After a courageous battle with cancer, Pam peacefully departed to her heavenly home on April 3, 2024.

Pam attended Wichita area schools and graduated from Southeast High School. Following her education, she dedicated herself to serving others as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Life Care Center of Wichita and later at Meridian Nursing and Rehab until her health declined.

Known for her vibrant spirit and zest for life, Pam was a devoted mother, cherished friend, loyal sister, and beloved daughter. She cherished her family deeply and was adored by all who knew her. Pam was fondly remembered as the "cool aunt" whose home was a sanctuary of laughter.  She was a cherished Godmother to Ayden Fields and Javontae Reed, Jr. She found joy in singing, dancing, and especially loved two-stepping with her father, Leonard. Pam was a faithful member of God's House COGIC, where she actively participated in the choir.

Pam is preceded in death by her beloved grandparents: Amos Alford, Shirley Burkes, Leonard Ealom, and Lucille Henderson.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories to her parents LaKeatha Alford-Love, Tina White, and Leonard White; her cherished children, Kendrell Ransom, Lester Price III, Lamea Price, Lenecia Price, and Leontae Price; sister, Southern Griffin; brothers, Skyy Wheeler and Leonard White, Jr.; and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.
