Celia Tibbs is Lighting Up the Court!

Athleticism is in her DNA! Celia Tibbs is the 6’2” starting Center (#14) on the Gardner-Webb University Women’s Basketball team. She is performing at the top of her game and using her leadership skills and talent to put numbers on the boards for the Runnin’ Bulldogs.
