It is with deep sorrow that we share news of the passing of James Wesley Simpson, J.D. On Sunday, November 24, 2019, Jim transitioned from earth to everlasting at his home in St. Louis, Missouri.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019. The Omega Service will begin at 10:00am and the Memorial Service will immediately follow at 11:00am. Services will be held at:

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Brenda Burns Simpson; parents Dr. Wessylyne A. & James Allan Simpson; daughter Melanie Burns; brother Michael A. Simpson, Sr. (Monica); sister Dr. Lynne Simpson-Harding (James); aunt Violet Alford-Patterson; nephews Michael Simpson, Jr. & Mark Simpson; niece Sydney Michelle Scott; great-nephews Jorel Simpson & Jasiah Simpson; and a host of cousins, family, fraternity brothers and friends.
James is the son of Dr. Wessylyne A. & James Allan Simpson; Grandson of Wesley Dow & Emily Alford; and G/Grandson of Matthew Solomon Alford.
