MIT Graduate Jordan Louise Alford

We are tremendously proud of Jordan Louise Alford. She has completed the requirements for dual degrees in Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Spanish from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Commencement exercises took place on May 29, 2020. Additionally, our scholar serves as the MIT Chapter President of the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChe). She has accepted a position with Shell Oil Company, New Orleans with a summer 2020 start date.

Jordan is the daughter of Romeo & Brenda Alford, Jr.; Granddaughter of Romeo & Louise Alford, Sr.; G/Granddaughter of Wesley Dow & Emily Alford; G/G/Granddaughter of Matthew Solomon Alford.
